Solar

Solar power offers a compelling combination of financial and environmental benefits, including cost savings, energy independence, government incentives and more. With solar panels installed on ICM’s recent developments and more planned for the future, we’ve only just begun to tap into solar’s advantages.

Energy Monitoring

ICM has invested in its properties with modern energy management systems to minimize our climate impact. ICM continues to partner with its tenants to track, analyze and better manage energy usage and consumption across all ICM properties. The targeted efficiency improvements should benefit all involved.

Air Purification

In older buildings we’ve installed new infrared LED purification systems that significantly improve air quality, while our new developments boast state-of-the-art HVAC systems with advanced filtration technology that promotes respiratory health by eliminating dust, allergens, and pollutants.

WELL and LEED Ratings

WELL ratings certify that a building has the highest standards for health and well-being, while LEED is the world’s most widely used green building rating system. Many of the buildings in our portfolio have either achieved WELL or LEED ratings, or are currently working toward them.
