Our Approach
We are lenders to projects that are aligned with strategies where we have historically made equity investments. This allows us to maximize our team’s knowledge in asset classes and markets where we have experience. Though not formally a part of our real estate operating platform, our lending investments benefit from constant communication with the teams making real estate equity investments and subsequent operational decisions. Should a loan be underperforming, our unique expertise gives us the best possible opportunity to protect our position.

We formed ICM Real Estate Income Strategies LP in 2020, initially as the lending vehicle for ICM Property Partners Trust. With a strong track record and outlook, we have launched this successful strategy directly to investors.
