ICM Announces Sale of Valley View Point to STAG Industrial REIT (NYSE: STAG)

(October 2023  – Dallas, Texas) – ICM Asset Management, a leading alternative investment firm, is pleased to announce that it has sold Valley View Point, a prime 120,900 SF industrial warehouse facility situated directly south of the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Development of the property, which was completed in July 2023, was led by ICM Property Developments, an affiliate of ICM Asset Management, with construction overseen by Dallas-based ID3 Partners.

The Property is well located along the Texas 183 highway, directly south of the DFW International Airport. The centralized location of the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial market has led to demand from last-mile tenants while the Texas 183 provides access across Dallas as well as connectivity to the I-30 and I-20. Growth in the Dallas population and changing trends have led to significant growth in demand for industrial space in the area, attracting tenants such as Amazon, Coca-Cola, Nestle, and Rivian.
