ICM Property Group Completes Sale of River Park 6 Industrial Property
(Atlanta, Georgia – April 2026) ICM Asset Management (“ICM”) is pleased to announce the successful disposition of River Park 6, a 725,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility located within the River Park E-Commerce Logistics Center in Jackson, Georgia, along the Atlanta industrial corridor.
The investment was completed in collaboration with a U.S.-based family office and formed part of a broader master-planned logistics park designed to support modern e-commerce and distribution users. River Park 6 was delivered in late 2023 and represents ICM’s second exit within the River Park development.
Strategically positioned along the I-75 South corridor, the property provides access to one of the most important logistics networks in the southeastern United States, with connectivity to Florida, the broader Southeast, and key Midwestern markets. The location also benefits from its proximity to the Port of Savannah, one of the largest and fastest-growing port systems in the United States, supporting sustained demand for logistics and distribution infrastructure.

The sale was completed during a period of rising interest rates and shifting capital market conditions, which have impacted development and transaction activity across the sector. Despite this backdrop, the investment delivered a positive return, supported by strong underlying fundamentals and institutional demand for well-located industrial assets.
