ICM Celebrates Completion of River Park 10

(November 2024 – Atlanta, Georgia) ICM Asset Management is pleased to announce the successful completion of construction at River Park 10, an 825,000-square-foot Class A industrial distribution facility. The new warehouse features 40-foot clear heights, 166 dock doors, 226 trailer spaces and 479 spots for employees, providing both efficiency and capacity for high-volume distribution operations.

The project is a follow-on to River Park 6 which was completed in December 2023, expanding ICM’s industrial footprint within the growing River Park E-Commerce Center.

River Park 10 is part of the larger River Park E-Commerce Center, one of the largest mixed-use developments in the Atlanta, GA area and will accommodate a single or multi-tenant cross-docked facility spanning 16 industrial and commercial building sites. Once fully developed, the Park will encompass over 21 million square feet of industrial space, expected to create approximately 10,000 jobs in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

As one of the nation’s leading industrial markets, Atlanta continues to experience strong demand, and leasing activity at the River Park E-Commerce Center is outpacing the broader region. Recent highlights include a 1.8 million SF lease signed by Procter & Gamble, alongside two significant leases with major Korean automotive manufacturers. In the third quarter of 2024, another 1 million SF lease was secured within the Park, reinforcing River Park’s status as a premier industrial hub.
