ICM Asset Management is pleased to announce the sale of Star Metals Residences, located in the heart of Atlanta, GA. Star Metals Residences is a class A high-tech multifamily property situated in dynamic West Midtown, the designer-furnished residences offer easy access to downtown Atlanta and are part of a master-planned community that includes Star Metals offices, retail and hotel.

ICM partnered with The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the southeast, to construct the upscale 409-unit residential tower. First-class amenities include a rooftop club, state-of-the-art rooftop patio, theatre, bocce ball court, yoga studio, and a community garden and greenhouse. Construction began in Q4 2019 and was completed in Q3 2020. The property was acquired by a global multi-family office and private equity fund manager.

ICM continues to be involved in the community with Star Metals Offices which features 267,000 square feet of Class-A office space with 11-13.5-ft ceilings, open floor plans ready for customization, and a spacious double-height lobby. The 15-story building’s floor plates range from 18,000 to 26,000 square feet.
