ICM Property Group Announces Sale of 280 Midpark Way in Calgary

(December 2025 – Calgary, Alberta) ICM Property Group is pleased to announce the sale of 280 Midpark Way SE (“Midpark”), an approximately 31,000 square foot office property, predominantly occupied by medical tenants, located in Calgary’s Midnapore neighbourhood.
Midpark was originally acquired in 1985 and has been part of an investment partnership managed by ICM since 2003, representing one of the longest-held assets under the firm’s stewardship. Over its lifecycle, the property benefited from active leasing and asset management strategies as well as a significant renovation in 2013, culminating in a successful disposition in a challenging office market environment.
At the time of sale, Midpark was 100% leased, notable given elevated vacancy rates across Calgary’s office market. This leasing performance supported a sale price that compared favourably on a per-square-foot basis relative to recent office transactions in the city.
