ICM Crescendo Music Royalty Fund Announces Special Distribution

(December 2023 – Calgary, Alberta) ICM Crescendo Music Royalty Fund (the “Fund”) is pleased to announce a special distribution to its unitholders, reflecting the Fund’s strong performance. The additional distribution of $0.10 per unit in cash will be payable in respect of each series of units. This special distribution is in addition to the monthly distributions paid during 2023. The distribution will be payable on or about December 22 , 2023 to unitholders of record as of December 1, 2023. 

In addition, we are pleased to report net asset value growth per unit in excess of the special distribution.

This increase in distributions is a result of the Fund’s continued ability to acquire high-quality music royalty assets. It reaffirms our belief that this asset class remains a reliable and growing investment opportunity, offering investors the chance to participate in the music royalty market.
