ICM Crescendo Music Royalty Fund Completes Acquisition of Royalties from Iconic 50 Cent Hit “Disco Inferno”

(October 2025 – Calgary, Alberta) The ICM Crescendo Music Royalty Fund is pleased to announce the acquisition of the rights to a high-performing catalog anchored by one of hip-hop’s most enduring hits: “Disco Inferno” by 50 Cent. Disco Inferno was originally released in 2005 and has exceeded 380 million streams on Spotify and continues to generate meaningful recurring revenue. The hit track is a standout from 50 Cent’s 6x platinum-certified album, The Massacre, reinforcing its place in early 2000’s music history.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson remains a dominant figure in global entertainment. His Final Lap Tour (2023-2024), celebrating the 20th anniversary of Get Rich or Die Tryin’, grossed over $103 million across 105 shows, with over 1 million tickets sold. He co-headlined with Mary J. Blige and Davido at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London in July 2025, followed by another headlining performance at the TRNSMT Festival in Glasgow also in July. Adding to this momentum, 50 Cent recently confirmed that he is working on a collaborative piece with Eminem, marking a highly anticipated return to joint creative work with the rap legend.

This acquisition aligns with ICM Crescendo’s strategy of targeting high-dollar age compositions with a strong track record of performance and future upside. With “Disco Inferno” continuing to stream consistently across platforms, the deal represents both predictable income and strategic value at an attractive multiple.
