ICM Secures 500,000 SF Build-to-Suit Lease with Mabe in Jalisco, Mexico

(February 2025 – Mexico City) – ICM Asset Management is pleased to announce a 500,000 SF build-to-suit (BTS) lease with Mabe (Controladora Mabe, S.A. de C.V.), one of Latin America’s leading home appliance manufacturers. Situated in Santa Rosa Industrial Park in Jalisco, Mexico, the state-of-the-art facility will be developed to support Mabe’s specialized operational requirements.

Santa Rosa is a 7-building, 2.5 million square foot class A industrial park being developed by Kampus Industrial on behalf of ICM’s fund and institutional clients. 900,000 square feet has already been constructed and leased in the park, with the 500,000 square foot Mabe building kicking off phase II of the project.

This milestone underscores ICM’s commitment to delivering leading industrial assets that support the expansion of global industry leaders.
