ICM Asset Management, the international private equity investment and management firm, announced today that it has acquired an interest in Calgary based Nine Dynamics, The partnership represents ICM’s second investment in the newly formed ICM Advantage Venture Capital Corporation.

Nine Dynamics is reimagining modern investment analysis through a software as a service (SaaS) product named TITAN that delivers high-caliber, easy-to-understand visualizations to a wide range of customers across the financial sector.  It provides time saving, sophisticated analysis to professional money managers, active investors, academic institutions, research professionals and others. The financial technology company has built a predictive analytics and artificial intelligence platform on Microsoft Azure With Microsoft Power BI Embedded, Azure Analytics Services, and Azure Stream Analytics.  Management has strategic relationships with financial data provider FactSet as well as with Microsoft.
