ICM Announces Sale of Remaining Industrial Property at Mack Innovation Park

(March 2026 – Calgary, Alberta) ICM Asset Management (“ICM”) is pleased to announce the sale of the remaining land parcels at Mack Innovation Park, marking the completion of the project’s development and land disposition phases.
This milestone follows the previously announced sale of Phase I of Mack Innovation Park and represents the culmination of a multi-phase industrial real estate development in the Phoenix, Arizona market.

Mack Innovation Park is a large-scale industrial real estate development located in one of the fastest-growing regions in the U.S. Sun Belt, benefiting from sustained population growth, corporate migration, and continued demand for logistics and industrial space.
