ICM Signs Lease for 65% of New Development Project
(June 5, 2019) Spartanburg, SC – ICM Asset Management is pleased to announce that a 177,060 SF lease has been signed at its Spartan Ridge project, located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The first phase of this project is now 65% leased.
Spartan Ridge is a two-phase state-of-the-art spec industrial development project strategically located in close proximity to BMW’s Spartanburg manufacturing campus, the Northfolk Southern Greer Inland Port, and Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. The property has excellent access to I-85 (East-West: Atlanta, GA – Charlotte, NC) and I-26 (North-South: Asheville, NC – Columbia, SC).
