ICM Property Group Announces the Sale of River Park 10

(July 2025 – Atlanta, Georgia) ICM Property Group is pleased to announce the sale of River Park 10.
River Park 10 is an 825,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility that was jointly developed by ICM Property Group and Waterloo Partners, an Atlanta based development company. The project was successfully completed in late 2024 and features 40-foot clear heights, 166 dock doors, 226 trailer stalls, and 479 employee parking spaces. River Park 10 benefits from direct access to major transportation corridors including the Port of Savannah, a deep labor pool, and proximity to major population hubs. The building was designed to support high volume operations with best-in-class infrastructure and flexibility for logistics, manufacturing, and utility use.

The sale marks a significant milestone for the broader River Park industrial park development which spans over 1,100 acres and will ultimately include more than 21 million square feet across 16 industrial and commercial buildings. River Park continues to experience robust demand, bolstered by recent large-scale leases with national and international firms, reinforcing its status as one of the premier logistics and distribution hubs in the country.
