(January 2025 – Calgary, AB) ICM Asset Management is pleased to announce the sale of a two-building small bay industrial complex located in Calgary’s historic Highfield industrial district. The property, which consists of 69,906 rentable square feet, has been a longstanding part of ICM’s portfolio and was one of the first portfolio properties managed after ICM’s inception in 2003.

The sale marks a strategic decision by ICM to optimize its portfolio by limiting capital expenditures and reallocating resources to higher-yielding opportunities. While Calgary’s industrial market has experienced significant growth over the past four years, the forward-looking returns for this property were constrained by significant capital expenditures over the next 24 months.
