Established in 2022 and headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, the Fund currently owns 11 assets across major Canadian markets and has a robust pipeline of development and acquisition opportunities. The Fund aims to create value by developing new self-storage facilities and leasing them up to stabilized occupancy as well as optimizing the operations of existing properties, with the goal of delivering strong risk-adjusted returns for investors.
