ICM Property Group Completes Build-to-Suit Logistics Facility for Mabe in Mexico
(Jalisco, Mexico – April 2026) ICM Asset Management (“ICM”) is pleased to announce the successful delivery of a purpose-built logistics facility for Controladora Mabe (“Mabe”), one of the leading home appliance manufacturers in Latin America with a global distribution footprint.
The 500,000 square foot facility is the largest building within the Santa Rosa Industrial Park (Phase II) and has been developed as a fully customized build-to-suit solution tailored to Mabe’s operational requirements.
The project was developed and delivered by ICM Property Group, in partnership with Kampus Desarrollos, reflecting ICM’s integrated approach to sourcing, executing, and managing industrial investments across key markets.
Mabe will operate the facility as a major distribution center supporting appliance logistics across central Mexico, with additional volume serving international export markets. As a cornerstone tenant in Phase II, Mabe enhances the overall positioning of the park within one of Mexico’s most dynamic logistics corridors.
