ICM Property Group Advances Boca Alameda Development in Mexico City
(May 2026 – Mexico City, Mexico) ICM Asset Management (“ICM”) is pleased to announce the successful refinancing of the Boca Alameda hospitality development in Mexico City, a project sponsored and developed by ICM Property Group and planned to open later this year.
The transaction improves the project’s capital structure and financing terms, while increasing available capital to support the final stages of construction. It also reflects ongoing confidence from lending partners in both the asset and ICM’s ability to execute through development and completion.
Located in Mexico City’s Historic Center, adjacent to Alameda Central and surrounded by key cultural landmarks including the Palacio de Bellas Artes, Museo Franz Mayer, and Museo Mural Diego Rivera, Boca Alameda is a boutique hospitality development designed to deliver a high-quality, design-forward hotel experience in one of the city’s most active cultural and tourism districts. The project is planned to open later this year.
As construction progresses, the project remains on track toward completion and its transition into a stabilized, income-generating asset aligned with long-term demand for hospitality in Mexico City.
