Wood’s Homes

Wood’s Homes is a mental health centre that provides treatment and support for children, young people, adults, and families with mental health challenges. It’s a non-profit organization that has worked with families since 1914. 

600+ staff, foster parents, caregivers, and hundreds of volunteers provide more than 40 programs and services in seven communities across Alberta, Canada.

Wood’s Homes is nationally recognized as a knowledge and training centre. They are accredited by Accreditation Canada, which has awarded the organization the Exemplary Standing for four years of running.

Every child and every family has unique needs when it comes to treating mental health issues. Keeping families together is a priority for Wood’s Homes — they take a family-centred approach in each of their 40+ programs. ICM could not be prouder to support such a worthy cause.
