ICM Acquires Mayland Yards in Calgary, AB

October 1, 2018 (Calgary, AB) – ICM is pleased to announce the acquisition of an industrial warehouse in Calgary, Alberta (“Mayland Yards”). Phase 1 entails the re-development of an existing single story industrial building into 20 industrial condominiums with separately titled, enclosed yard spaces. Phase 2 will deliver an additional 9 newly developed industrial condo units on remnant site lands. Phase 3 will deliver a stand-alone, serviced parcel for third party developer. The acquisition was completed on October 1, 2018.
